Where are the required floating ribs for the Toyota LC 80 series? How does this mount w/o 3rd row seat brackets?

The instructions will have you change the ribs location under the drawers based on your specific vehicle. The ribs come pre-installed under the drawers from the factory and may need to either widen or narrow depending on what type of 80 series you might have. If you have a North America LHD 80 series or LX450 then go off of the "GXL/Sahara" model on the instructions.
