The jamb nuts are a massive 46mm size. There are no specific measurements because it is so vehicle specific on a case by case, taking into account weight, and spring choice. With upper and lower trailing arms you can correct your rear pinion angle after a lift. You will need to measure the angle of the output flange on your t-case and your input flange on the rear pinion. Then adjust the trailing arms to get to the desired outcome. The upper trailing arms have more effect on pinion angle than the lowers. The lowers really affect your track along with the panhard. There are some good write ups on how to do that online including on IH8MUD but do a search first, or take it to a trusted 4x4 mechanic.
