These are not intended or designed to be stacked. The largest one we have is 15mm (just over 1 / 2 inch) which results in 30mm or 1 1 / 8 inch of height adjustment.
How many of these would are need to lift the front about 1.75 inches. Does a 15mm actually lift it 30mm? Nitro Gas Strut Trim Packer - 15mm
