If you plan on not using the recovery points, no modifications are necessary. If you do use the included recovery points then minor modifications will have to be made to the factory skid plate. This involves creating a notch in the top part of the factory skid plate to fit around the bottom of the recovery point. This is a very simple and easy modification to do.
