Do these come assembled? Will this fit 80 series land cruiser?

Yes they come mostly assembled. To install you will need to remove the drawer top deck per the instructions. You will need to replace the plastic transport screws holding the top deck on with the provided hardware once the cabinet is bolted into the truck. The 1000mm length is the correct size to fit in the back of your 80 Series while still maintaining use of the 2nd row seats. You will need to remove the fold away 3rd row seats for installation.
